Beamquay packages and delivers media files you supply. You keep every right you had in that content; we take only the licence needed to store, transcode and deliver it on your instruction.
You may not use Beamquay to distribute content you have no right to distribute, material that is unlawful where it is delivered, or anything intended to damage the service or its other users. We will act on credible reports and, where we must, remove content and tell you why.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the delivery layer. Where we miss it, accounts on a paid plan may claim service credit against the following month. Credit is the whole remedy for downtime.
Usage is billed monthly in arrears. Unpaid invoices suspend packaging first and delivery afterwards, with notice before each step.
Either side may stop at any time. On termination we keep your assets available for thirty days so you can retrieve them, then delete them.
Except where the law does not allow it, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
